[ALERT SDNY] Time to write off RIPPLE and bungling judge Analisa Torres as crypto market crashes

Updated: Jun 1, 2022

THE GREAT CRYPTO CRASH OF 2022

LBRY'S LBCUSD DOWN 14% in 24 HOURS (5/12/22)

NEW YORK CITY LAW VS NEW HEMPSHIRE LAW

THE RACE TO SET PRECEDENT

BEFORE MARKET CRASHES

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission appears all too happy that a public relations campaign has begun against the New York City presiding judge in S.E.C. vs. RIPPLE LABS, Inc. action (the most important landmark case in cypto currency history). Is the S.E.C. behind this new smear campaign (which smells like Russian information ops).

SEC v. RIPPLE LABS is playing out in the oldest court in the country, the Southern Distinct of New York (S.D.N.Y.). This impacts the XRP crypto currency.

But there is a red headed step-child action in New Hempshire known as SEC vs. ODYSEE / LBRY. SEC just pulled a "spoiler alert" in New Hampshire and pushed for SUMMARY JUDGEMENT.

New Hempshire, nerve center of the Libertarian movement, the cult of Bernie Sanders and no government regulation.

ABOVE: New Zealand whiz-kid" Julian Chandra defends LBRY from the S.E.C.

ABOVE: Jeremy Kauffman heads up the predominantly all male white team at LBRY in Libertarian Uptonian, Manchester, New Hempshire (currently all the rage with white supremacists groups).

SEC CRYPTO COPS

SEC v. RIPPLE LABS, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.)

Too bad the S.D.N.Y. judge's case assignment wheel fell to newly determined "foul-up" Analisa Torres, selected as the judas goat for this crypto snafu. Torres has been prepared and set-up apparently as an easy target for judicial disqualification (just ask "judge disqualification" expert and F.B.I. crypto informant Jason Sneaky Goodman and his pal, non-profit fiduciary responsibility guru Charles Ortel).

ABOVE: Artist rendition of Judge Analisa Torres saying, "Is Jason Goodman the F.B.I. snitch present today?" Many will remember Sneaky Goodman and Judge Gershwin Drain in Michigan, Sneaky wants you to forget.

Judge Torres has a rich history of striking the wrong documents in federal lawsuits while not understanding who exactly is filing an appeal. Yes, once again enter so-called con-artist Jason "Sneaky" Goodman, the apparent New York City "man child" sent in to destroy the Puerto Rican judge's reputation.

Sneaky Goodman is back from his previous engagement in Detroit, Michigan were he appeared to smear Judge Gershwin Drain. Now it is the "Taco Lady's" turn (Judge Torres).

Most remember Mr. Goodman from his reports to the F.B.I. about the STEEMIT blockchain and Ponzi scheme stories (is Goodman still hanging out with fellow F.B.I. informant Oakey Marshall Richards?)

Most people have heard about the illegal wiretapping case against Project Veritas, executed under Judge Analisa' eyes (or nose). Hmmmm, friendly Magistrate Stewart D. Aaron (a Jason Goodman pal) was gleefully signing illegal wiretap orders (hmmm, sounds like Valerie E. Caproni at the Federal Burau of Investigation in 1995, another Jason Goodman judge).

Let's just set-aside Analisa Torres and her bungling incompetency and get some judge in New Hampshire to do want we want.

New Hampshire - home of get rich quick mania

The S.E.C. is dancing in the streets over its SUMMARY JUDGEMENT in the Donald Duck version of SEC vs. RIPPLE LABS, and that quaky lawsuit is S.E.C. v. LBRY and ODYSEE. Action filed in the magical jurisdiction of Libertarianism in New Hampshire, and not the Southern District of New York.

Looks like the F.B.I. doesn't have the clout over federal judges in New Marshmellow land, like they do in N.Y.C.

The S.E.C. sure could use a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT decision from Judge Willy Wonka to run down to Manhattan and wave at Judge Torres. Cram the Willy Wonka decision down the throat of the "Taco Lady". Game Over.

If the Honorable Willy Wonka Judge in Manchester, New Hampshire can hand out a "quickie" decision on cryptocurrency and unlicensed securities, then the FEDS at the New York City S.D.N.Y. S.E.C. can slam that decision down on accident prone Analisa Torres.

Is this supposed to slow down the current crypto collapse?

Rumor has it that the Chief Judge of the Second Circuit has three brown envelopes with the name JUDGE ANALISA TORRES on them. That isn't a good thing. Especially when supposed charges of judicial corruption have been raised.

Judge Torres should do herself a favor and start looking for another job. She has lost crypto, no one will let her near the gavel. The Willy Wonka "quickie" decision will just be shoved down her throat by the S.E.C.

At least Jason Goodman still has his appearances on the Russian SPUTNIK radio show with Charles Ortel.
