U.S.C.G. ADMIRAL LINDA L. FAGAN

ASLEEP AT THE HELM

America's ports remain vulnerable to continued "dirty bomb hoax" attacks that may prove to be a cover for the real thing. Questions are circulating if "Marine Safety Admiral" Linda L. Fagan can meet the new cyber warfare threat directed at U.S. maritime ports. Most doubt that the new "tugboat tea party" Admiral can understand cyber warfare.

FIFTH COLUMN RUSSIAN SLEEPER CELLS

Aging Russian cyber warfare operatives have acquired the ability of providing social media cover for the potential explosion of nuclear devices in American maritime sea ports.

This is the so-called "Free Speech At Any Cost" collective that follows the exploits of Julian Assange and General Michael Flynn.

The Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" in June 2017 (on Donald J. Trump's birthday) signaled the use of their blended social media attacks (with the threats of nuclear devices) to place a community in complete hysteria.

"SHxT ABOUT TO START TO GET CRAZY, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN."

The Port hysteria focused on an alleged plan to destroy a container ship (MEMPHIS MAERSK) and the port itself. The individuals involved have been placed on the SDNY.ORG watch list as they have deep ties to SPUTNIK state run Russian media.

IS RUSSIA PULLING THE STRINGS AND IS

ANOTHER CYBER WARFARE ATTACK COMING

Recent events seem to indicate that operations may be underway to create "the real Port of Charleston thing" by Russian operatives. New theories are circulating on the Internet that the infamous Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" may have been a "boy that cried wolf" distraction to extend response times of emergency personnel and to ignore so-called future "dirty bomb" warnings.

These developments put a spotlight on so-called "Russian Cyber Militia" operations. Such operations use blended or hybrid cyber social media attacks to amplify and support traditional war fighting (in the physical space, e.g. tanks, etc.).

Observable Russian cyber warfare and disinformation operations in the Ukraine action mirror the Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax". Russian disinformation creates panic in a specific geo-locale (town) followed by cyber hacking attacks on critical infrastructure which are followed by aerial bombing with conventional weapons. Disinfo then cyber then real world.

Social media broadcasts with "reporters" (fugitives from F.B.I. hacking charges) embedded within active Russian military units indicates a deeper connection between disinformation and cyber warfare.

A key Russian disinfo talk show guest is the infamous former Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy John Mark Dugan (JMD).

Dugan is facing federal computer hacking charges after the F.B.I. raided his home and confiscated all his computer and phone equipment. Immediately after the raid JMD flew to Moscow, Russia and was granted asylum by the Kremlin.

SPUTNIK social media programs have included reports from personalities like JMD. The continuity of such operations amongst these older "Cold War era" SPUTNIK media personalities is creating some worry in the halls of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (D.H.S.).

It may appear that these Russian Cyber Militia information operations (I.O.) have infested social media. For instance, Mr. JMD now appears with social media personalities Jason Goodman (Chelsea, New York City) and SPUTNIK sidekick Lee Stranahan (South Dakota) on in "news broadcasts".

INFORMATION OPERATIONS

AGAINST THE D.H.S.

The U.S. Coast Guard, a D.H.S. component, suffered its biggest public relations black-eye of this decade over the hysteria created by the Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" YouTube livestream produced by Jason Goodman of Chelsea, New York City.

Now the ugly wreck of the D.H.S. Disinformation Governance Board has brought back fond memories of the Port of Charleston, S.C. "dirty bomb hoax" of June 14, 2017 -- which launched the social media careers of George Webb and Jason Goodman.

Mr. Goodman (who regularly appears on SPUTNIK media) produced the social smear media campaign against D.H.S. employee Nina Jankcowiz (Lee Stranahan spells it Jankovich) that led to her humiliating resignation under death threats and harassing telephone calls. Goodman called the once bubbly pregnant woman at least twice. As Stranahan puts it, Mr. Goodman "got her scalp".

Meanwhile, Goodman's former partner George Webb is touring the front lines of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (N.A.T.O.) countries that border the Ukraine. Webb's theme is to blame N.A.T.O. for clandestine bio-labs (bio-hazards) in the Ukraine. Webb states that Russia was justified to invade Ukraine to find these bio-labs (operated by N.A.T.O.).

The wild card in the Port mess has always been Jason Goodman's co-host, Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) informant Okey Marshall Richards, Jr. (OMR) and where Okey picked up his paycheck (Russia or America).

The Port of Charleston affair revealed a bungling and inept Coast Guard that relinquished it's authority to investigate the matter and turned the "dirty bomb hoax" case over to the West Virginia F.B.I. (where OMR lives, see Militia trial of 1997).

Evidence is accumulating that an alleged so-called "cyber espionage" cell may have been operating as a "Fifth Column" to aid Russian objectives. OMR could be operating in this cell and coordinating messaging for a new Live Action Role Play (L.A.R.P.) as he did at the Port of Charleston.

The aim of this group may be to provide a cyber smokescreen for a real "dirty bomb" attack, with the probability that it will be directed by assets within the Russian command and control structure.

Most Internet sleuths believe that the Port of Charleston incident provided a social engineering attack to cover and distract from the massive cyber attack on the MAERSK Shipping Lines, that occurred a few weeks later, that originated in the Ukraine.

NotPetya, Ukraine, Chernobyl, June 2017: NotPetya ransomware (other sources name it as a cryptowiper malware) attack, that exploited the EternalBlue vulnerability stopped the operation of a radiation measurement system used in the vicinity of Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The operation of the affected system had to be manually controlled.

The Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" took place June 14, 2017. The MAERSK cyber attack was launched June 24, 2017 and involved a server located in the Ukraine.

"All across Maersk headquarters, the full scale of the crisis was starting to become clear. Within half an hour, Maersk employees were running down hallways, yelling to their colleagues to turn off computers or disconnect them from Maersk’s network before the malicious software could infect them, as it dawned on them that every minute could mean dozens or hundreds more corrupted PCs. Tech workers ran into conference rooms and unplugged machines in the middle of meetings. Soon staffers were hurdling over locked key-card gates, which had been paralyzed by the still-mysterious malware, to spread the warning to other sections of the building."

"Maersk’s revelations were part of an interim second-quarter earnings report in which the Copenhagen-based global transport and energy company gave investors a preview of expected costs from the malware attack. The worm, dubbed NotPetya, locked access to systems that Maersk uses to operate shipping terminals all over the world and took two weeks to fix."
